Accreditation Specialist

UHS is seeking an Accreditation Specialist to develop, miantain, launch and manage the company accreditation programs. In this newly created position at our Corporate office you will:

Lead collaboration with operational, clinical, and sales leaders and advise on new and changing standards along with the impact of regulatory mandates

Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with accreditation bodies including the Joint Commission, ACHC, DNV and others, and are fully implemented.

Prepare and deliver training on accreditation topics to field and corporate employees.

Conduct research on standards that require clarification and provide stakeholders with appropriate recommendations.

Qualified candidates will have Bachelor's degree in healthcare, engineering, or business; a Master's degree is a plus. Five+ years of experience with accredited programs, demonstrated expertise in development and management of DMEPOS accreditation cycle, ability to lead CI projects, previous experience developing and delivering training content related to accreditation efforts. Must have the ability to travel 25% and knowledge pertaining to Joint Commission, ACHC, DNV and other accreditation agency standards with a thorough understanding of CMS.
